absolutely adorable! I love the shadow you've applied beneath the desk and I love the perspective of this piece. Her eye's colours compliment her surroundings and you've made a good effort with shading the hair. What you can improve on is so get a cleaner lineart as well as avoiding to blur too much of the shading. It's good to keep some parts cell shaded and some parts soft shaded for a more realistic and better effect. I like the way you've incorporated the laptop into the piece with her using the computer 
The anatomy is fairly correct- you can improve it by having the distance between her waist and rib cage to be shorter. Overall, you've definitely improved both shading, anatomy and perspective wise
